Welcome to the home of the Josh Olynyk 2nd Annual "Sick Shot" Memorial Road Hockey Tournament.
The 2012 version of the sick shot tournament was a complete success. The weather co-operated which meant for a warm relaxing fun day with large groups of spectators taking in the action.
Thank you to all of the players, judges, volunteers and sponsors for making it such a special day.
Congratulations to Tim Cox - winner of the Toronto Maple Leaf tickets. Special thanks to the Marcell family for their generous donation of this prize.
This is the second year for the tournament. It is a not-for-profit 4 on 4 road hockey tournament that will be held family day (February 20th, 2012) in Owen Sound, Ontario.

• Open for children born in 1994 thru 2006 |
|
|
• Entry fee is $100/team of 4 ($25 / player) |
|
|
• All teams are guaranteed two games |
|
|
• Divisions are based on age (7 in total) and are mixed (Boys & Girls play together) |
|
|
• First 500 Players registered will receive a souveneir T-Shirt! |
|
|
• Participants receive lunch and other grab bag goodies (TBD) |
|
|
• each team must supply a game keeper (adult) to keep game running smoothly, keep time & score |
|
|
• held at the Bayshore Community Centre on February 20th (rain or shine) |
Proceeds from the tournament will be used to fund the Ice Magic hockey program. The Ice Magic program was created in memory of Josh Olynyk. It's purpose is to provide additional ice time and enjoyment to the children in our initiation age programs.
